LOONAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR TO ITEMS PURCHASED AND WILL NOT ISSUE A NEW ITEM OUTSIDE OF THE 3 DAY WINDOW OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
